The library has many books to help you with your college selection and financial aid needs. Most of these books are available to checkout, however we do have a College & Career table with many helpful reference books that can be used for research within the library only.

Education Programs
Education Programs @ the Library
- Our Literacy & Outreach Services Department offers adult literacy programs and homework tutoring.
- The Riverbend Community Math Center, in partnership with the Literacy & Outreach Services Department, will be offering free math clinics at the Main Library.
- -Free Math Homework Clinic open to students of all ages on Wednesday afternoons. (Notre Dame students staff the Math Homework Clinic on Sunday afternoons.)
- -Free Family Math activities on most Saturday mornings from Noon to 2:00 p.m.

Local Adult Education Programs
- Battell Community Center
- Forever Learning Institute offers educational classes on a variety of topics for adults 50 years or older.
- Indiana University of South Bend Continuing Education
- Ivy Tech- Continuing Education
- Penn-Harris-Madison Community Education
- SBCSC Adult Education Department offers adult basic education/GED preparation classes open to Indiana residents 16 years or older and not currently enrolled in a regular K-12 program.
- WorkOne Center provides classes in reading, math, and grammar to assist clients in preparing for the GED test.
