
Science Olympiad is a team of fifteen students studying, building, researching, and practicing subjects in every area of science. One team member will choose 3-5 events to focus on during the seven month season. The will compete with other schools around the nation a few times, all building up to compete at the Regional competition. The top two teams at Regional get to move on to State. Riley has had the priveledge of going to state seven years in a row until 2010. Lead by the coaches (Modling, Brubaker, and Leonard) and motivated by the varsity captain (Alyssa Neece), this 2011-2012 season will be a come-back for the team!
