A valid St.Joseph County Public Library card number MUST be supplied for approval.
I have read and understand the “Meeting Room Policies” statement. I agree to pay the fully refundable deposit fee of $20 for Audio-Visual equipment, and agree to carry out all responsibilities for the meeting room.
I accept full responsibility for any infraction of the regulations and any damage to Library property incurred during or in connection with the proposed meeting.
Applications for meeting rooms must be submitted for approval 7 days in advance of the requested date.
